Prepared and packed by hand, from our studio to yours.

Every Strawberry Studio piece is carefully prepared and packed by hand from our studio in the Blue Mountains, Australia.
We take the same care packaging your jewellery as we do creating it.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, though during collection launches or busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

If your order is particularly urgent, please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post.

Express Shipping — $15 AUD

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times provided by Australia Post are estimates only and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We happily ship internationally, with rates calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in your order total.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, its journey can be followed using the tracking details provided.

If your tracking hasn't updated after several business days, or your parcel appears delayed or missing, please get in touch and we'll happily investigate with Australia Post.

Every piece leaves the studio with the hope that it becomes part of your own story.
